These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyLifeDots website and web application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
The Service is a web-based application that allows users to generate visual wallpapers based on time representation (e.g., life in weeks, days, or months). It is intended for personal, aesthetic, and reflective use—not as a medical or life-planning tool.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Accounts and Authentication
You may use the Service via Google or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
4. Free Tier and Pro Tier
The free version includes limited features and branding. The Pro tier unlocks premium features via one-time payment. "Lifetime" refers to the product lifetime, not the user's.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment details. One-time Pro purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
Wallpapers may be used for personal, non-commercial use. The Service, including its design and code, is owned by us. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, scrape content, or abuse the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or continuity. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Pro tier, if any.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
